Mt. Erie Youth Summer camp

July 15th - 17th

Yoga will be offered twice a day by our very own Katie Paulson.  Katie has been practicing yoga for 13 years. In 2015 she went to Costa Rica to take a 200 hour instructor course and has been teaching off and on ever since. Her favorite style is creative vinyasa flow with some power thrown in for good measure. She loves doing yoga outside, and exploring lighthearted movement in any way possible.

MEALS

Healthy eating is imperative to a healthy life and at our retreat we make it a priority to provide the best tasting food with the highest quality of ingredients.

Over the weekend our chef Tory will cook breakfast and dinner, providing alternatives for anyone with dietary restrictions.

And dessert. We firmly believe that dessert is essential to a happy life.

SCHEDULE 

FRIDAY

7:00am-8:00am - pick up at designated places starting in Bellingham

9:00am-4:30pm - Climbing with the theme of Leave No Trace, Basic Climbing Techniques and Teamwork

5:00PM - Leave Erie and start drop off

SATURDAY

7:00am-8:00am - pick up begins starting in Bellingham

9:00am-4:30pm - Climbing with the theme of Anchors and Rappelling

5:00pm - Leave Erie and start drop off  

SUNDAY

7:00am-8:00am - pick up begins starting in Bellingham

9:00am-4:30pm - Climbing, practicing all new skills learned from previous days with the opportunity to learn an introduction to lead climbing.

5:00pm - Leave Erie and start drop off

  • Three 6 hour climbing sessions with AMGA Single Pitch Instructors at Smith Rock (All gear provided)
